yoohoo~
im back from batam..haha
with a slight tan! but NOT SUNBURN!
it was a fun and enjoyable trip with dar's family
we headed for tanah merah ferry terminal at ard 8am on fri
reached there abt 9 and boarded the ferry at 10am
reach ard 10.30 there
the time lack was abt 1 hr there.
it was his dad's bdae so we went to cut cake at the beach nearby
we were all hungry by then cus they only serve food at 1pm which is our 12pm
so we ate the cake to satisfy our hunger.
had lunch at the restaurant there.
was so quiet and peaceful like no one was there except us
the food was nice but it took too long to arrive
took a stroll at the beach and sat down.
went back to the resort and unpack
had a sort of light nap..which i cant cus darling was snoring! lolx
went to their town in the evening with his parents
it cos SGD 16 for a single trip which is abt half an hr ride
ate at this sort of fast food restaurant and bought some tibits back
i really tink cup noodles is a necessity when u go foreign country
i miss our own cup noodles..theirs is totally tasteless

for the second day..
we had breakfast at the restaurant
the bee hoon was nice
but the hotcakes cant be compared to mac.
went to take a stroll and sit at the beach after tat
a kind man gave us a coconut and we drank like wat caveman does
cus there's no straw..
darling dirtied his shirt while drinking
went back to the resort to nap ard noon and had cup noodles for lunch
ard evening we went down agn to catch the sunset.
ate at the restaurant agn cus there isnt any other food left
to tink that the reception counter offer us a whole chicken for SGD40 is completely ridiculous
had a drink at the bar above the restaurant after tat
tried the singapore sling there.. taste more like coke
dar's long island was a bit like herbal tea as describe by his mum
we played billard and i lose by one ball..arghs.
felt a bit dizzy after finishing the drink
went back to the resort to bathe and sleep

today was the last day of our trip
woke up and ate at the restaurant
then went to pack our stuffs and took the ferry back

overall was an enjoyable trip
dar say he gg bring me to bintan next...haha
and our hk trip in 2 yrs time wen we save enough! :)
